instead of searching the inbox for the mails with same content, keep all those in a saparate box.
as shown in the figure the numbers 1,2,3 indicates three saparate inboxes for unread,starred and drafts.you can make upto 5 inboxs for different search keywords.
to get multiple inboxes just click the settings -> labs ->Multiple Inboxs "Enable"
you can have the multiple boxes either rightside or above or below of the inbox
